The Pearl of Naithon is ideally situated right in the heart of the beautiful beach village of Naithon (Nai thon), on the tourist favourite island of Phuket, Thailand.
Naithon Beach
Naithon Beach is a 1.5 kilometer stretch of un-spoilt powdery white sand gently sloping into the tranquil blue Andaman Sea. The beautiful hills of Siranat National Park come from behind then wrapping around and forming at each end whilst also sloping into the sea. This makes Naithon Beach its very own Beach Cove having areas to explore at each end both above and below sea level.
Naithon Beach is a perfect relaxation and chill out zone and as such is ideally suited to couples wanting to retreat from it all whilst being surrounded by lovely authentic Thai bars and restaurants set in idyllic surroundings. However, if at any stage you do fancy a more lively night out, you have Kamala (20min taxi) or Patong (35 min taxi) just a taxi ride away.
Accommodation on Naithon Beach
There are a number of different types accommodation available, from typical Thai holiday huts, beach bungalows, private apartments to a 4 start hotel. The prices rang from the cheapest at 2000 THB (£45) per night for beach huts to the most luxurious and expensive with prices in excess of 20’000 THB (£450) per night.

Location of Naithon Beach
Naithon Beach is on the beautiful West Coast of Phuket, Thailand. It is situated towards the north of the Island and is conveniently less than a 15-minute drive to the Phuket International Airport. However due to Naithon Beach being its very own beach cove surrounded by the hills of the Sirinat National Park and rolling into the Andaman Sea, it is sheltered from any aircraft noise. Naithon Beach is considered to be one of the very beast beaches on Phuket, if not the whole of Thailand, yet it is still one of Phukets hidden gems.

There are around 8 very affordable beach restaurants/bars selling true authentic Thai beach food that is second to none. You will find all local Thai dishes available as well as some of the best fish dishes you will ever taste. There are also a number of more formal restaurants just behind them on the beach road.

As well as the beach restaurants there are 8, more formal restaurants on the actual beach road. These restaurants range from typical authentic Thai food through to high-end hotel quality Thai food. There are also some excellent Thai enthused European restaurants and an Italian.
Bars and Clubs on Naithon Beach
Most of the beach restaurants also double up as beach bars and will stay open until the last customer leaves. They will have their own music playing but often welcome the playing of any of your own. Naithon Beach excursions
Scuba Diving at Naithon – For the Scuba Diver, Naithon has its very own dive shop that can arranged dive trips to all the surrounding dive sites, including liver boards on The famous Surin and Similan Islands. Naithon Beach also has 3 of its own reefs that are perfect for beginners. They can all be accessed by simple walk in shore dives and are also great for snorkeling. Additionally there is an island less than 1km off shore that is well worth a couple of visits, both scuba diving & snorkeling. This Island is easily accessible using one of the local long tail boats that will be moored in shore.
Golf around Naithon Beach
Golf around Naithon – There are a number of World class golf courses less than a 15 minutes drive - Blue Canyon, Laguna Phuket, Mission Hills, Loch Palm to name but a few.
There are numerous other excursions available from elephant treks to boat trips.

Beach information related to high season, which is November to February. If you are going outside those times particularly between the months of May and September. This coincides with the monsoon season where the sea will become rough and the beach often deserted.
Tips & Recommendations
If you like good quality red or white wine and champagne then bring some of your own as it is quite hard to get good quality and when you do it can be expensive.
